We use VSI-FAX at the office and my users have always recieved a notification of successful faxes via Email (otlook exchange). We've switched to a new exchange server and changed the IP addres of the server from X.0.0.2 to X.0.0.5 since doing so they have not recieved their notifications. The VISI-Fax server is just a regular PC that only hosts VISI. I did not set up the software initially and am not familiar with it. The only setting I could find from within VISI administration was for the SMTP server which listed the old IP address. I've updated the IP address within VISI administration on the this VISI-server (workstation) and the users are still not getting their notifications. Any thoughts?
