How do I restore the Menu Bar in Stylus Studio 2009 XML Enterprise Suite?

Check all the check boxes in Toolbars:

If it is the menubar itself that has been moved (it can't be switched off) click the menu-bars dotted line and drag to the upper left corner of the stylus screen

We've done Alt-T to see the toolbars, and went in to the Customize dialog box, but checking all options (like Menu Bar) has no affect.  When we go back into this, it is unchecked again.

The menu bar is nowhere to be found!  Somehow it has been switched off.  I've looked in the registry and there are a lot of DockingWindow folders under Stylus Studio, but I can't figure out which one is for the menu bar or which value within the folder is causing this odd behavior.  We may just need to re-install the software.

mmh, something is locking the customize settings,
seems very weird to me.

Can you check whether there is a second struzzo.exe running

I suggest that you ask the Stylus Studio forum, they are very helpful there, really very helpful

seems that whilst I was writing you were allready checking that area
the forum explains where to look for deleting keys

One of the major reasons why I really enjoy working with Stylus Studio  instead of XML Spy...
The tech support of Stylus Studio answers questions like this in the range of minutes.
Altova people for XML Spy don't even bother to answer at all, even if you pay maintenance, tech support of XML Spy sucks :-)

Thank you!  This tip from Stylus tech support solved the problem with the missing Menu Bar without having to re-install the product!
