SSL certificate error

We used to go to www.downloadmyform.com to get our pay stubs.  The company that hosts our paystubs changed our web access link to www.wbu.greenemployee.com.  Since then people get a certificate error "The security certificate presented by this website was issued for a different website's address," with an option to Continue.

After viewing the certificate which comes from GoDaddy, it is listed as being assigned to www.greenshades.com and the link above does redirect to www.greenshades.com but after we hit the Continue option.

I know this isn't a problem with my university employees but I'd like to be able to give the folks that host this a call and tell them how to fix the problem.  My HR person called them and they said the problem was on our end.

They need a certificate with the correct name "www.wbu.greenemployee.com" sounds like the one they have is for "www.greenshades.com".

It would be easy to get another certificate or a certificate with alternate names (ie more than one name in the cert) - godaddy can provide this as we bought one from them for our exchange solution

The browser is just warning you that the name of the website you went to is not the same name on the certificate that is used to encrypt the traffic, not really a problem as long as you trust the site
