MS SQL Mannager Express install Error

I am trying to install Microsoft SQL Management Studio Express 9.0 on a system running Windows 7
64 Bit and I keep getting an error message that reads (the installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package the error code is 29506)

Try to run installation file as administrator by right click on installation file and choose run as administrator, or you can open command prompt (CMD) as administrator and go to installation path then run the setup file.
