anyone know of any issues with virtualization of Lotus Domino server and ESXi 4.1. We are planning on virtualizing a clients site. I dont see any issues with it, but IBM VM support is very vague. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21106182

The dont say that they dont recommend it, but at the same time dont certify VMware for Domino. They will support it however.

But I would really like to hear from others that are running Domino in VMware. Our environment is a small one with only 100 users on the Domino server.

We're running a few Domino 7 and 8 servers on VMWare virtual servers and to be honest from a SysAdmin/user perspective it would be almost impossible to tell which servers are physical/virtual.

With 100 user I can't see you having the slightest problem.
