Cisco Untiy server, New Microsoft Exchange Server

We just recently removed our users mailboxes off our old exchange server and moved them to our new exchange server, since the move our unity voice messaging system is not functioning (e.g. unable to access voice messaging system).

Need more info... have you looked at the event logs on the servers? Anything?
Maybe a permissions issue - did the Unity box have special permissions to access the old server?
