Print Spooler will not start on my Windows Server 2008

My Server 2008, which I use as a print server, print spooler will nor start. When I try to start it Generates Event 7023. text is PrintSpooler %%2147550905.    
The resource loader failed to find MUI File.

Any ideas how to fix?

It's a bad print driver. Uninstall your printer drivers, reboot & then reinstall your printer drivers. Same thing happened to me.
