I have never seen this kind of question on the forum, but I am sure one of you might had come across the situation where I am floating(sinking) right now.
We are bidding the web-application project which is going to be built on Microsoft-stack. The project is going to be Rewrite from applet base application to ASP.NET. (Its not migration, it is Re-Write)
My sales head asked me to come with value addition and innovative selling points. [I am technology guy but new to SSRS and MOSS. And proposal would be submitted to technical customers only.]
Sales head suggestion:
1. We would provide "User Training Module" with the set of videos which will help existing user to understand new application.
2. Testing as the service. (May be providing some automated test units which can be used again and again)
Please help me giving any suggestion including technology innovation, project execution, additional features for user's ease, keywords, terminology... anything... anything
Please do not hesitate about irrelevant context as if "anything" can be helpful to me.
