just replaced a TZ170 with a TZ200 and the Global VPN software connects after you put in the user name and password just fine.  Once connected i can't access anything on the network.  I get and IP address, subnet mask, DNS servers, and NO gateway.  I can't ping anything beside the LAN interface of the TZ200 and I can pull up the web interface while connected VIA vpn. but nothing else.  Need to be able to RDP into a desktop and access the servers.  Not

You don't get a gateway on the client with the GVC because you are not tunelling all.  unless that's the desired result, that's normal.  Check to make sure that the user group has access to the network zones.  Are you using the sonicwall database to auth users or RADIUS or LDAP?

I went under the user name and checked the VPN Access tab.  It was set to All U0 Management IP.  Changed it to Firewalled Subnets and i think that fixed my issue.  Would that be correct?

Firewalled subnets would be any IP network that is being protected by the sonicwall.  That would get it.  If you wanted to drill that down to a specific subnet, then you'd select the address object specific to that IP network.  So, if you only wanted to give them access to the LAN zone, then you choose the LAN Subnets address object.
