Timeout as in you have to re-login?  That is an apache2 setting found in the webacc.cfg file in either sys:novell\webaccess directory (NetWare) or /var/opt/novell/webaccess on OES2-Linux.  By default WA times out after 20 minutes.  I've never seen it actually make it to 20 minutes but you can change the timeout setting and then wait for 10 minutes for the configuration to be updated or restart both Apache and Tomcat.

In addition it needed an apple app to work.
