How to add clients to SEPM MR6

Hi EE,

We have just upgraded our SEPM to MR6. We are unable to add the clients into our console for some reasons. We did an unmanaged scan and pushed out the latest version yet still not in our console.

I need a solution where we can add all our clients to the SEPM console remotely.

Thanks,
Goraek

stop the symantec service in the client, and copy the SyLink.xml file from the server to the client and paste it in the path(c:\programfiles\symantec\symantec endpoint protection)

do this manually for the clients which have problem.

kindly check the firewall settings before installing.
