Programs that allow for remote viewing

I am an IT manager and I have suspicions that certain individuals are not performing due to cyberslacking...is there an App that allows me to remote view what my subordinate is doing on his/her computer without him/her knowing?

If you are looking for a free tool then you can try realvnc. This product puts an icon in the system tray that turns black when you connect to the users computer, however if you follow some simple steps you can stop the icon changing colour and the users will not know you are connected.
