One of my users is receiving the above mentioned error message when she logs in. (toolbox is not available because the printer driver is not installed.) Now I've done a bit of research and the pages i have found are for people who still have the printer.
My users printer became faulty and has since been issued a new one.
OS is XP Pro SP3 and the printer was an HP Business Inkjet 1200D.
