indesign change font one time to every page in document

Sure, go to: Type from the top Toolbar, select Find Font, and you will see a dialog box pop-up. Click on one of the fonts inside the "Fonts in Document" area. Select which font you want to replace it with from the bottom of the Find Font box. If you have more than 1 font in the document, you can select them all by clicking on the top font, hold down shift and click the bottom font (or hold Ctrl and click the 1 at a time. Now pick your font to replace them with and choose change all from the left side of the box.
