Currently using Microsoft Exchange server with PRF files, but some uses need access to a franchise email which uses IMAP, Could I add a Group Policy or something that will atomically add this account to their outlook at logon.
Their default email would be from the exchange server.

Client computers are Running XP and 7 and the server is SBS 2008 with Exchane 2007.

Thanks

why can't you use prf files to setup imap accounts (or imap and mapi) accounts?

download Office Resource Kit from MS link below

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=4BB7CB10-A6E5-4334-8925-3BCF308CFBAF&displaylang=en

then use Custom Installation Wizard to create prf files that would include imap, hotmail etc.
