RSS Screensaver?

Is there anyway I can make a screensaver consisting of graphics within an RSS feed?
I know this can be done with the Windows 7 themes wallpaper, but not sure about the screensaver. Does anyone know if this can be done without any third party software?

Additional information: I've been instructed not to use any 3rd party screensavers or applications...only tools native to Windows 7. This limits things considerably...

Can't use any 3rd party solutions or screensavers. (Plus I don't have a c# compiler readily available)

Ideally, I'd like to use the built in "Photos" Screensaver.

I'd even be happy if we just pointed to a shared folder on the network. That'd be ideal.
However, I then would need to know the correct registry settings to enable that corporate-wide.

The only thing I found were coded binary in the registry, so I can't push that to several hundred machines. :-(
