Local Backup Solution for Online Web Server (Linux)

I have a dedicated Web Server (Not Virtual) running CentOS that I lease. I want to be able to back up the entire server (for Recovery in case of a total crash) but back it up local to me at my office (to serve as offsite backup), where we run Windows XT and Mac Snow Leopard.
Can anyone suggest a Backup solution that will do this? Maybe backup to an External Hard drive on my local PC or Mac ?

From the Mac, you should be able to do a "wget --recursive http://www.domain.com"

Or on the Linux server, "tar cvf /path/to/www" and sftp/ftp that file to both machines.
