Trying to get my outbound route to work out to ONLY the FXO group ...

so in the system its programmed as FXSKS  (kinda confusing but it worked UNTIL i added 4 FXS ports on a 2nd card.

Not sure how to Make it work right BUT i have 2 PCI cards

1st  Card is 4FXO
2nd Card is 4FXS

Not sure how it interferes with FPBX

But my question is how do i define .

1st card for Group 1 and 2 Card for Group 2

and specify the channels per port ....

heres what i have ..

chan_dahdi.conf

callprogress=yes
pulsedial=yes
answeronpolarityswitch=yes
polarityonanswerdelay

group=0

Don't configure it by hand. Use the tools that come with the DAHDI package.

Read my article for an introduction on how to configure it:

To better assist you, I need to see what is going on. Please use the following procedure to create a log file of the Asterisk CLI:

1. Open the CLI using this:

       asterisk -rvvvvvv | tee /var/log/asterisk.log

This puts the a debug log into the file /var/log/asterisk.log

2. Reproduce the problem.
3. Make calls
4. Exit the CLI after you get the error.
5. Post the log here (as "code") or as an attachment.
