In Visual Web Developer I'm getting an error code that 'JQuery' is undefined. The full error is:

Warning      2      Error updating JScript IntelliSense: C:\Users\elliott\Desktop\play3on3\js\s3Slider.js: 'jQuery' is undefined @ 12:0      C:\Users\elliott\Desktop\play3on3\Default.aspx      1      1      C:\...\play3on3\

I'm not really sure what this means and it doesn't seem to have any effect on how my page displays. Is this something I should be worried about? If so what exactly is the problem here?

Thanks

It sounds like you a script you are running on your page is trying to use jquery but you have not included it.  This would probably not change what you see because javascript typically has more to do with interaction.  JQuery does a lot of nifty little transitions and ajax calls and whatnot.
