Exchange and VB.NET

I'm wondering if there are any good walk throughs or tutorials for working with exchange server 2007 or 2010. I have a need to use all of the components of exchange in a VB.NET Winforms application. I have an application that the customer wants integration with exchange.
I would need to sync emails, calendar, tasks, and contacts.

I know I know, use outlook. They want a single application for inventory, personel, project management, and everything that exchange does, but they want access to email and such via smartphone of various kinds. I dont have the tools or the time to create apps for 3 different smartphone os, and they have exchange already, so throw out the walk throughs tutorials, the works.

not sure exactly what you are looking for but I'm moving some apps from EX03 to EX10.  No "walkthroughs" but there is a new API with plenty of examples I have been able to borrow ideas from. But most examples are using c# so i;ve been forced to move from VB6 to C# to take advantage.

these are some links I have bookmarked in my travels... also MSDN has a section on the Exchange API.
