That article I posted above also mentions how to turn off the content redirection entirely using:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\SFTA
Value Name: DisableServerFTA
Value Type: DWORD
Value: 1

I don't know if this would work, but it might be worth a try.

Are you ok using the registry?

If so, check for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\http\shell\open\command and check for a value there.  It should be something like "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

There is an article that talks a little about this here: http://forums.citrix.com/message.jspa?messageID=91040

Hopefully this will do it.

Are you using Citrix?  I don't know if a server reboot is necessary for this.  I would think either restarting terminal services would more than do the trick.  If it were me, I would back up the registry and do a search.  Don't get too gung ho, but look for anything that is citrix related that repoints to a citrix folder.  I can't guarantee that this won't do any damage (thus the backup).  Another option, if you are using citrix contact them.  This seems to be their problem.
