Direct Inward Dialing Service Provider
Hi Experts,
I am hoping to find a company that would provide Direct Inward Dailing (would be nice if host is in Taiwan), and that would routes the call to our company's PBX system. Is there such kind of providers? It would be helpful if the provider is in Taiwan, or uses a Taiwan telephone number. thanks

what is your PBX type and connection type?

thanks luc_roy for your response. I was asked to check if there are these kind of service provider... actually I am not familiar with PBX & it's connection type. is there differences when comes to routing calls? the technical side will be handled by more experienced IT colleagues.
So far, I have actually found one campany that would do that. The site is in Chinese, so I won't share it here. Basically what it offers is that it will help oversea companies to register a (or a set) of local taiwan phone numbers. When calls are received on those numbers, they are then route to client's PBX Internet Telephony system (PBX) oversea. They call this kind of service as "Virtual office service"... I supposed it's mostly used for companies that wand a local telephone support hotline, but the call center is actually at another country. (save cost by not having another physical call center in Taiwan)
