IMF Filter just stopped working

I tried to recover a blocked email however when I opened the IMF filter no blocked email were populated actually there were no blocked emails....It was empty.

The IMf has worked before very well and the only thing I changed in the environment was I added connection filtering using the barracuda and zen filters.

How can I get my IMF to start working again?

In order to fix this problem you must go into the SMTP Protocol  and uncheck the IMF check box and then check it again.....This restarts the service.

I know this is a pain, but follow the operations guide ;

This will give you what you need to reconfigure.  This item cannot be reinstalled, just reconfigured.

I have this document already...however i can;t see a section on Reconfigure?

Coast-IT: Was this a side affect of applying the Connection Filtering? I can't seem to find how to reconfigure the IMF filter.
