I have been working on an application that produces word documents in code and that has proved straight forward.  I have come across a problem relating to the spell checker and grammar checker.  On some very large documents I get a modal window that tells me that there are so many grammar errors that word can no longer display them.  The user’s instance of word is hidden so the user cannot interact with the prompt.  As a temporary solution the grammar and spellchecker have been turned off until I find a permanent solution.

Is there a means to turn these features off via interop?

No note really.  My goal is to turn off words spell and grammar checker whilst the document is created.  I don't wnat to check the document.
in Psuedo
Open an instance of word
 turn off spell checker
 turn off grammar checker
 create a document
  Do until end of written text
    write text
  Loop
 save document to temp
attach document to email
 send email
 turn on spell checker
 turn on grammar checker
 Dispose of the instance of word

After creating a word document, add the following lines, like this:

Dim myNewDoc as New Document
myNewDoc.GrammarChecked = True
myNewDoc.SpellingChecked = True
