Anytime we print we get this error after a page or two prints: 024-910: The selected paper size is not available in the printer. Insert the correct paper size. Printer is unable to print.  I've done some Googling and it may have something to do with the "paper size switch"?

"024-910  Tray 1 paper size mismatch (length of paper is seen as different than what the paper size switch sees)"  Source: http://www.enxmag.com/2007/2007months/JULY%202007/xerox%20BRITT%20link.htm

Would like to just try a factory reset but can't find instructions on how to do that.  Xerox Tech Support was useless - machine is out of warranty.  Any ideas?

Make sure the sliders in the tray are up against the paper, the side sliders as well as the slider against the end of the paper. Also, as Hannemaster suggests, ensure you are using the correct paper size on the PC (presumably Letter, in the US). That is especially important in applications like Word, which ignore you if you select the size when you go to print; you need to set it in Page Setup instead.
