I have installed MySql 5.1 on a server and imported a database. When a client PC tries to connect to the database the below log is writen. Is there any-one that can help with the
error. If i run the program locally to the server it works.

Did you run the client program without needing to change it -- and it worked?

From that I deduce that you have configured the MySQL connecting setting
to be "localhost" and the default port of "3306".

Replace "localhost" with the actual IP address of the server you are accessing.

What MySQL id were you trying to connect to? If it is "root", the default is to
allow connection to it only from localhost.
