So it used to work for everybody, but until when exactly? Did it work on Wednesday, all day? And Thursday? When exactly did you get the first complaints? Did you inspect the logs of the Domino server, to see what happened around that time, and the 4-8 hours before? Was a new template installed? Was the server restarted, or the HTTP task? Were parameters changed in the HTTP configuration? Was a new version of IE installed (I got an XP update today)? Does the same happen in Firefox?
Did you try to convert one database to the R8 DWA template, to see if it works then?

Can the user send mails with a different attachment, e.g. a plain text file?
