Brother MFC 9320 CW "false" replace toner message?

Scenario:
After a user replaced a black toner cartridge, the MFC 9320CW is now displaying a message directing the user to replace the cyan, yellow, and magenta cartridges as well, even though te user states he rarely prints in color. I shook the color cartridges and they seem to have quite a bit of toner in them.  Please advise; Thanks!

Open the front cover (to get the cover open message)

Press secure print & cancel simultaniously

use the navigation arrows to select the correct toner (K for black)

press the ok button twice

that is the way to do it on MFC-9450CDN & MFC-9840CDW, i hope it is the same way for your machine as well.

ggc2...should a hidden menu appear once the secure print & cancel keys are pressed?

Hi ~ became busy and did not have a chance to respond to ggc2.

He procedures were mostly right with the exception of pressing "CLEAR" instead of secure print & cancel simultaniously. Please return this question to active so points may be awarded. Thanks!
