I need help connecting one blackberry to our exchange server.  The device is a curve 8530.

I can see the device trying to connect in the IIS logs (for OWA), but i'm having trouble determining what the exact problem is.

here is the line in IIS logs:
2010-09-17 19:52:47 W3SVC1 NCVBXCHG 192.168.0.20 PROPFIND /owa/jeri/ - 80 /jeri 67.223.65.155 HTTP/1.1 Mozilla/4.0+(compatible;+MSIE+5.01;+Windows+NT+4.0) sessionid=d7aee647-a599-4d86-a4b9-4f98ac876f93;+cadata="2uBZVbm3/icIQl77VS4zFhq8aAT7t7KydqfeNE3U7zD4eSk1J2rstsbsjTf0dQ4FI";+UserContext=bd62dce8fee44e49a8d72876b36c314c - mail.(intentionally removed).com 404 0 2 1405 580 46

I'm thinking that the 404 0 2 1405 580 46 at the end of the line will help me figure out why i cant connect.  But i dont know what they mean.

Or I could be looking in the complete wrong direction....  any ideas?

Thanks,

If you are using a self signed certificate on your Exchange server then your phone will not trust your OWA website and you will need to import it using the Blackberry desktop software.

You need to import the self signed certificate to the phone so that your phone trusts your email server.  You can do this with the Blackberry desktop software.
