We are trying to get the header on this page:

https://nlpca.infusionsoft.com/cart/store.jsp?skinId=19

to look like the header here:

shop.nlpca.com

in all browsers and with no errors. Also, many of our images are broken

We're using infusionsoft, a marketing company and software. I've attached our main code except for the footer and some of the body that is generated by infusionsoft.

The code that you have posted is not exactly the code on the page you're talking about.  The code on the page is not formatted correctly.

What specifically is wrong with the code on the page?

Several things are out of place.  If you click on your link above and 'View Source', you will see that it doesn't match what you posted above.  That link for 'jquery' shouldn't be there at all because apparently 'jquery' and 'mootools' don't play well together.  The large section of CSS starting at line 123 should be in the <head> section of your document.  And that "Powered By" at the end of the file is outside the document boundaries.

i just want to add that:

I agree with others. The page structure is wrong. generally an HTML page's structure would be like:
<html>
  <head>
    <title>Hello HTML</title>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/jquery/jquery.js"></script>
<script type="/text/javascript" src="https://www.shop.nlpca.com/media/system/js/mootools.js"></script>
  <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.shop.nlpca.com/media/system/js/caption.js"></script>
<link href="http://shop.nlpca.com/templates/nlpcashop/css/template.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

<link href="http://shop.nlpca.com/templates/nlpcashop/css/menu.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

<style type="text/css">
#div1{
color:black;
}
</style>
  </head>
  <body>
    <p>Hello World!</p>
  </body>
</html>

Note: in between the head section, one is supposed to put js code files' address. In your case, jquery's link is before <!DOCType...

For HTML file layout, please visit wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTML

And also Mootools and jquery does not work together; however, it is possible to have both jquery and mootool, but one has to access methods/properties by following some standards. One of the article that may help you is:

http://davidwalsh.name/jquery-mootools

If you follow the above documentation or any other standard documentation, your problem should be solved.

Thank you. I decided that this project was beyond me. I don't know why it was producing the out of place javascript
