I have tried generating the CSR several times with different options and redid the cert on GoDaddy and I am still getting these errors when I install it.

I am running Exchange Server 2010. I found out why. GoDaddy recommended that I disable their certificate in MMC. Well, this seems to cause the Exchange cert to not get validated because the root CA cannot be contacted. Once I enabled it, the cert worked. I am unsure why GoDaddy told me to do this since it prevented the cert to be available for Exchange.

I will follow up with them.

Thank you
