Exchange 2010: Connect to user mailbox with VB.Net

With Exchange 2007 I was able to connect to a users mailbox using VB.Net and view the mailbox in XML format. The url I used to do this was https://autodiscover.mydomain.com/exchange. It appears that in Exchange 2010 the "exchange" virtual directory is missing. Does anyone know how to get this to work or have any insight into how to connect to a users mailbox in Exchange 2010 using VB.Net? Thanks.

With Exchange 2010 the CAS server controls all client access so you should be going to this server.

The OWA folder replaces the EXCHANGE one but you may find you will need to use Exchange Web Services.
