simply mean "the object already exist"
how to solve is depending on the context you are getting this error :)
can you post more information?

I using ADBulkuser to import about a thousand user in my AD and directly into an OU.  Does this mean the OU is corrupt?n The error happens at about the 190 users is imported.  Thanks for any help.

you need to take a note of the object where it through the error
open adsiedit.msc

make sure that you delete this object if it exist
