I have 2 sites connected with 2 microwave links , each link gives its output as ethernet port .
How can i make the cisco routers on the sties aggregate the 2 links and deal with them as one link.

I use Cisco 1811 router on both sides.

Have you considered using EtherChannel?  I've never used an EtherChannel for anything other than a LAN environment.  It might work in your circumstance.  Don't know.

Simply use equal cost routing across both links. Enable IP CEF and use per-packet load-balancing.

Billy is right for the most part.  1800s especially with the Ethernet ports on the WAN side is a bit tricky.  Only thing I can remotely think of is cisco OER protocol (might have different name now).
