I am having problem on my laptop with Windows 7 Enterprise (x32).<br />

I am unable to neither install nor remove/uninstall ANY programs.<br />
<br />
When I try to install or uninstall ANY programs, the error message &quot;Another Program is being installed. Please wait until that installation is complete, and then try installing this software again&quot; will come up.<br />

Any suggestions?<br />

I had unreg and reg the msiexec a few times already.<br />
I had restored the computer back to a few days ago already.<br />
Still the same problems.<br />

I am having problem on my laptop with Windows 7 Enterprise (x32).

I am unable to neither install nor remove/uninstall ANY programs.

When I try to install or uninstall ANY programs, the error message "Another Program is being installed. Please wait until that installation is complete, and then try installing this software again" will come up.

Any suggestions?
