Problem during installation microsoft exchange server 2007 sp1 trial version in vmware

Problem during installation of Mailbox role. I am getting following error:

Client Access Role

Elapsed Time: 00:01:19

Mailbox Role

Service 'MSExchangeMailboxAssistants' failed to reach  status 'Running' on this server.

Cannot start service MSExchangeMailboxAssistants on computer '.'.

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

Elapsed Time: 00:26:56

Rerun the setup another time.

sometimes if your vmware is given enough resource, it will time-out

also, have you install other component as well?

Thanks guys for all ur response. Its fixed by starting service of  MSExchangeMailboxAssistants on computer through services.msc.

hi, please accept an answer (yours or mine) instead of deleting the whole thread.

and as i mention in my first thread, if your vmware is do not have enough resource, it will time-out, so starting the installation fixed your problem
