OCS 2007 Notification

In Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2, I don't get notification when users login.  I used to, is there a setting I can change that I can't see?  Registry?

You can right click on a contact and select "Tag for status change alerts"
This will give notification whenever he or she /logs in/out
