Scenario:   A VIP attempts to print a PowerPoint presentation but receives PowerPoint application crashes each and every time any print job is sent to the local printer.  The VIP needs a printed copy of the presentation in 3 minute.  What are two options for a quick troubleshooting and/or fix on her machine that you could perform

Kinda depends which version of PPT. If 2007 or 2010:

Save as PDF and print that.

Make sure the printer driver is installed locally, not on a network.

Check add-ins. What's listed? Send to Bluetooth is particularly problematic.
