OK I have literally spent 20 hours on researching these... And I want to pick the right one.
I have just one tech, and we also outsource to 3-4 other techs jobs.
We have about 10 clients that I want to have their own weblogin to view and submit tickets.
We service over 100 clients.

Integration with QuickBooks for invoices
Integration (even if is just an email dropbox for opening tickets) with MSP program GFI Max
Easy to use
AutoTask and Connectwise are overkill for what we need, to many features, to complicated. Both are too expensive too.
ShockeyMonkey is new and looks to be booming. They have a free version but I would need the pro version with QBooks integration it would be around 59/mo. I have demo'd this and like somethings about it, others I dont love.
BlueFolder- seems to be the right in the middle best product for me... has all that im looking for. But the cost is going to be just over 100/mo...
I am wondering if anybody has used any of these programs (in particular blufolder and shockeymonkey) and what their experience has been?
