Unable to reserve rooms lotus notes 8.0.1 (resource.nsf)

When I tried to reserve a room in lotus notes 8.0.1.  I am getting the error msg " An error has occurred while validating the available time for this resource"

Can you check that Sched, CalConn, and RnRMgr tasks are running on the server?

on the server console, do following command:
show task

I started those services it is working fine now.

just make sure that these servises are listed in the "servertasks=..." line in the notes.ini, so they will start automatically after server restart

If you use Notes clients and not browser clients, another option is to add the following setting to the notes.ini files on the Notes clients. This setting causes clients to connect to the on-premises server with the Free Time database directly rather than using the home server in the cloud.

ScheduleServer=<Domino_busytime_server>
