Windows 2003: system failure adn reboots

Hi

Windows 2003 server reboots randomly with the following error:


System Failure: Stop error
 Reason Code: 0x805000f
 Bug ID:

Bugcheck String: 0x000000ce (0xf4f48d15, 0x00000000, 0xf4f48d15, 0x00000000)
Comment: 0x000000ce (0xf4f48d15, 0x00000000, 0xf4f48d15, 0x00000000)

Please advise the best way to solve this. Thanks

Hi,

I memory file is created and it is 166MB in size. I have downloaded winDbg but unable solve the problem.
