Outlook 2010: Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid.

User reports when trying to send a message, they get the error "Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid."

She said when she removed some recipients, the message sent, but that could have been a coincidence.

Server is Server 2008 / Exchange 2007.
PC is Windows 7 / Outlook2010

Event viewer on the PC has logged this as event ID 25 multiple times:

Did you managed to create a new Outlook profile?
if possible not via Auto-configuration but on the manual profile configuration against the exchange servers
HI!

I would suggest you to create  new outlook profile and try to send messages.
Also if POP3 account is configured then please make sure that you are not getting any SPAM emails.

Regards,

:)

It was just reported to me that one other user is experiencing the problem.  Could it be an issue with the Mailbox database?
Hi!

It could be the problem with that Users Mailbox.

can you that user's mailbox from one store to another ?

To clear the doubt on database you execute the command : "eseutil /g".

Also check the application log on server if you have any ESE errors or MSexhangeIS errors.

Eseutil /g

The only thing concerning I saw in Event Viewer on exchange is this:

Exchange store 'First Storage Group\Mailbox Database': The logical size of this database (the logical size equals the physical size of the .edb file minus the logical free space) is 234 GB. This database size is approaching the size limit of 250 GB.

If the logical database size exceeds the maximum size limit, it will be dismounted on a regular basis.

But that looks like a separate issue.  I am beginning to address that right now.

When I tried running "eseutil /g", I got an error message.  Looks like I'll need to dismount the store to run the test, which I'll have to do after hours:

Error: Access to source database 'mailbox database.edb' failed with Jet error -1
032.

Operation terminated with error -1032 (JET_errFileAccessDenied, Cannot access fi
le, the file is locked or in use) after 20.30 seconds.

Also had this issue, mine was solved by deleteing a corrupt recent/suggested contact (drop down list on to box) and recreating it.
none of the above fixes the issue, and we are using Office365 so I cant see whats happening on exchange
