I have an Exchange 2003 implementation with business users who access it via their iPhone/iPads using the OWA SSL URL. &nbsp; The domain name referenced in the configuration is our external one, and our firewall &nbsp;handles the inbound request. &nbsp;The same users, when using these devices on our internal LAN, cannot access email because the URL is invalid (internal server and domain name are different). &nbsp;I thought that perhaps all I need to do is enter a CNAME or A record on my internal DNS server to point the external DNS name to the internal server, but did not want to screw things up. &nbsp;Suggestions would be appreciated.
