Installing BES Express MAPI Problem

I have an issue concerning the BEs Express Installation that I was hoping that someone could help me solve. I can't seem to get pass a MAPI Error
"The setup application could not initialize the Mircosoft Exchange Server MAPI Client. Make sure MAPI is installed and configured correctly and the Microsoft Exchange Server and Mailbox that you specified are correct."
The Sever and Mailbox are correct as it autodiscovers the Correct Mailbox, I have manually created the BESADMIN account, and I have downloaded and Installed the MAPI Client from MS, and have rebooted multiple times.
What am I missing? Any help would be helpfull.
