Email Issues after switching web hosting company and Name Server Change

I am currently running SBS 2003 with exchange 2003.  Our domain name is in the format corp.contosotech.com.  Our website is contoso.com and our emails use that as the hostname ie user@contoso.com

Over the weekend I switched to a new web hosting company.  I went to network solutions and updated the DNS info to point to the new web host for our domain (contoso.com) and our sub/parked domains that are variations of the original.  On the web hosts side I made updates to the cpanel so that are domains would appear there.  

Here is the issue.  I can send emails from my email account user@contoso.com however I can not receive any emails from anyone outside of my domain.  Ie if user2@contoso.com send me an email I get it but not if its from user@other.com.

If anyone has any suggestions or information I would greatly appreciate it.

One last thing is the error message people get when they email us is as follows

"...tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 No Such User Here (state 14)."

i would suggest that you have changed your MX record, or your mx record points to a name such as mail.contoso.com and you have changed the A reocrd for mail.contoso.com

the mx record is most likely also pointing to your webhost.
