Hi,

My HP C7280 All-in-one prints fine except for a Quicken report.  The printer jams everytime when trying to print a report, even after cleaning all the rollers.  Please advise.

Thanks,
Joe

jstaron7--Are you using a special type of paper to print the Quicken reports?  How many pages in the reports?  Did this just start and Quicken reports were printed without problems earlier?

No special papert.  Two pages.  Was able to print tax forms last year. Reinstalled HP printer software.

Thanks,

Joe
