3D plateform integrated whith Qt and c++

Hi there,
I need to render rectangle on 3D graph. In Qt there is third party package that called QWT I think that is for 2D graph. Actually, I am looking for something like this library which help me to render 3D graph. Is there any one can help me in this issue please?
