Do you mean tabs in the actual Report Manager front end?

Unfortunately, you cannot. SSRS doesn't have tabs.
You can, however, create seperate pages on one report. Each page would use the navigation arrows at the top to move between them. You can do this by having a page break on each Tablix that you place, or you can put each page into a rectangle and place a page break after each one.
The only thing that I can think of that could resemble a tab view is to create a report that has links on it that when clicked on would navigate to each of the other desired reports.
