Why does Logmein disconnect a Windows 2003 server after starting Logmein Remote Control?

This is a server that Logmein has worked flawlessly for 2 years.  It just started to disconnect after starting remote control after a successful login.  The server desktop even appears for a few up to 30 seconds before the connection is lost.

The problem turned out to be Chrome-related. We have determined that we do not have the same issue when using Firefox and IE.

Have you installed the latest version of the LogMeIn client, and restarted the affect server?

Are you still having the same issue?  i had an issue the other day, exactly as you described.  I've also been using logmein for a few years, without issue.  perhaps they were performing maintenance?

We did find a solution to this problem, at least for our situation. I would like to post the resolution for future reference, and therefore do not believe this question should be deleted...

I don't know if this will solve the problem for everyone, but in our case, it was browser-specific. Chrome did not work, but Firefox and IE did...
