I changed the conflictpercentageallowed to 100 and this did what I wanted. &nbsp;It accepts all of the rooms that are available and only declines with the room is busy.

When I schedule a recurrence of a meeting and the room is not available for one or more occurences, the room declines for all occurrences. &nbsp;Is there a setting on the room to change this so it still reserves the room when it is available? &nbsp;<br />
